Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unbroken, and in their original condition.
• To initiate a return, email us at admin@igniquecandles.com with a confirmation photo of the product.

Refund Process

• Once the return is approved and the product is picked up, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
