To get the most from your candle:
- Trim the wick to ~¼ inch (about 5–7 mm) before each lighting.
- On first burn, allow the molten wax pool to reach the edges of the vessel — this helps prevent “tunnelling.”
- Burn for at least 2–4 hours at a time.
- Place the candle on a heat‑resistant surface, away from drafts, flammable materials, children or pets.
- After use, allow to cool fully and keep the vessel clean of debris.
We follow industry safety protocols, use lead‑free wicks, fragrance oils compliant with recognised standards, and vessels resistant to thermal shock. For environmental considerations, we strive to use responsibly sourced materials, recyclable or reusable vessels where possible, and minimise packaging waste.
That said, candles involve an open flame and must be used according to safety instructions.
We ship domestically from our fulfilment centre. Typical dispatch is within 7 working days of order confirmation (unless otherwise noted).
Delivery time will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. All orders are free of shipping cost.
Due to the nature of candles (consumable and flame‑used products), we generally do not accept returns of candles that have been lit. However, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 15 days with your order number and photographs. We will work with you to issue a replacement or refund according to our policy.
